Shield Training Terms of Use

By using Shield Training or enrolling in a course, you agree to these policies. Access is for personal use only. Course access, login credentials, and certificates are issued to one individual and may not be shared. Group viewing, shared logins, or training multiple staff under one enrollment do not qualify for certification.

Course Access and Certificates

Each enrollment allows one person to complete the course and receive one certificate. Certificates may not be transferred, duplicated, or reused for state or federal requirements. Certificates are valid for one year from the date you start the course unless regulations require otherwise. You are responsible for renewing or retaking training when required. Integrity Environmental may verify completion records at any time.

All training materials are owned by Integrity Environmental LLC. You may not copy, record, share, upload, modify, or redistribute any course content. Materials may not be used to train others or for any commercial purpose. Personal access only.

Privacy

We collect the information you provide during registration and course use along with basic technical data. We use this information to deliver training, issue certificates, support users, improve the site, and meet compliance obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data. You may request a copy or deletion of your data unless retention is required by law. Contact [email protected] for data requests. Cookies may be used for site functionality. Embedded third party content may collect data under their own policies.

Payments and Refunds

Fees are due at enrollment. Refunds for online courses are available within 14 days if the course has not been accessed or downloaded. If you cannot access an online course due to technical limitations, notify us within 7 days and we will provide alternate materials.

Conduct and Site Use

You agree not to share logins, interfere with site operation, harass users or staff, upload harmful content, or use the site in a way that competes with Integrity Environmental. Access may be revoked for violations.

Course Updates

We may update or retire course materials at any time. Previous versions may not remain available.

Technical Requirements

Users are responsible for their own device, internet connection, and any software needed to view course materials.

Compliance Disclaimer

Courses provide general compliance guidance and are not legal advice. Operators are responsible for meeting all site-specific and regulatory requirements.

Site Availability

Continuous access is not guaranteed. Outages and updates may occur without notice.

Liability and Indemnity

Integrity Environmental LLC is not liable for damages related to use of the site or courses. You agree to indemnify Integrity Environmental for losses or claims resulting from misuse or violation of these policies.
