SHIELD TRAINING TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing Shield Training or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. 

Shield Training is operated by Integrity Environmental LLC. 

2. Individual Access Only 

Each enrollment is for one individual user only. 

  • Login credentials may not be shared. 
  • Group viewing under a single enrollment is not permitted. 
  • Each person must purchase their own enrollment to receive certification. 

Violation of this policy may result in revoked access without refund. 

3. Course Access and Certificates 

Each enrollment allows one individual to: 

  • Access the course materials 
  • Complete the training 
  • Receive one certificate of completion 

Certificates: 

  • Are issued to the enrolled individual only 
  • May not be transferred, duplicated, or reused 
  • Are valid for one year from the course start date unless regulations require otherwise 

You are responsible for maintaining required training and renewing when necessary. 

Integrity Environmental may verify course completion records if requested by regulators or employers. 

4. Intellectual Property 

All course materials, videos, documents, slides, quizzes, and related content are owned by Integrity Environmental LLC. 

You may not: 

  • Copy, record, screenshot, or download materials for redistribution 
  • Share, upload, or post content publicly 
  • Modify course materials 
  • Use course content to train others 
  • Use materials for commercial purposes 

Access is for personal training use only. 

5. Payments and Refunds 

Course fees are due at the time of enrollment. 

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if the course has not been accessed or downloaded. 

If technical limitations prevent access, you must notify us within 7 days so we can provide support or alternative materials. 

6. User Conduct 

You agree not to: 

  • Share login credentials 
  • Attempt to interfere with site operations 
  • Upload malicious content 
  • Harass staff or other users 
  • Use the site in a way that competes with Integrity Environmental 

Access may be suspended or revoked for violations. 

7. Course Updates 

We may update, revise, or retire course materials at any time. Previous versions may not remain available. 

8. Technical Requirements 

You are responsible for: 

  • Your device 
  • Your internet connection 
  • Any software required to view course materials 

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. 

9. Compliance Disclaimer 

Courses provide general compliance guidance only and are not legal advice. 

Operators and facilities remain responsible for meeting all site-specific regulatory requirements. 

10. Limitation of Liability 

Integrity Environmental LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or training materials. 

You agree to indemnify Integrity Environmental for claims arising from misuse of the site or violation of these Terms. 

11. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
